POSITION #1 (part-time or full-time)

Front Counter Customer Service Position

Description of the position: 

- Working in a fast-paced environment handling customer orders

- Helping walk-in customers with copy/print projects, pack & ship orders, and much more

- Helping with our office supply store pricing, stocking shelves, inventory, dusting

- Working independently and as part of a team, efficiently and always with a positive attitude

- Other responsibilities as needed

(some graphic design program knowledge or past print shop experience helpful, but not required)

POSITION #2 (part-time or full-time)

Seeking Print Shop Experience + Knowledge of Design Programs & Customer Service Skills

 EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Previous experience working in a copy or print shop

- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

- Customer service skills

DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

- Working in a fast-paced print shop handling customer projects from start to finish. Communicating with customers through email, over the phone and at our front counter as needed.

- Working with design files and print files to produce projects including business cards, flyers, booklets, signs, banners and much more.

- Running bindery equipment to produce booklets, brochures, books, manuals, etc. (includes cutting, folding, drilling, laminating, saddle-stitching, and much more)

- Also includes packing, shipping, mailing and other related services

- Quoting, invoicing, inventory, etc.

- Working independently and as part of a team, always with a positive attitude.
